Stay at our light and airy, recently refurbished holiday home in Southern Torrevieja and submerse yourself in three hundred plus days of sunshine, La Vida Española. and the Costa Blanca coastline.

Bed

Bedroom: 1 Delightful double bedroom with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

Bedroom: 2 Once again spacious but with twin beds and fitted wardrobes

*Both bedrooms have morning sun and afternoon shade and ideal for the impromptu siesta lover along with art work created by local artists. There is Air-con in both bedrooms as well as large ceiling fans.

Both bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning units which are operated by a meter.

Living room

Relax and put the tele on or read a book Enjoy the breeze that comes in off the sea when the double doors to the balcony are ajar. Put the kettle on too maybe or open a bottle of vino..

The decor is Spanish inspired with a simple modern twist and the sofa will seat 4. IPTV (internet based TV)  means access to english channels and films for your early morning news or quiet nights in. A DVD player and selection of DVDs are also available as is complimentary wifi.

Kitchen

The equipped kitchen was only installed in 2018 and has separate access to a laundry room with washing machine. Fresh, clean and ideal for a break from the sun and access to the fridge. Electric oven and gas hobs for cooking home comforts as well as fridge freezer and microwave are also available… just like at home.

Balcony

The apartment is serviced by a lift and is located on the fourth floor (top floor) and during the day is high above the hustle and bustle of the small cafe and restaurant below. At night it becomes one of the most peaceful places in Torrevieja. The traffic below has dispersed and the street becomes quiet and calm.

The balcony table and chairs are a great place to sit and have breakfast in the sunshine or later on in the day serve drinks in the shade.

Brand new bathroom with large shower area and good storage space.

Local Scenery

A short walk down Casa de Mar to the beautiful beaches of Torrevieja and Juan Aparicio Promenade where bars and restaurants serve international cuisine, good local beer and reasonably priced cocktails. Try a little local lingo and you will be duly welcomed by friendly faces and open arms almost anywhere you visit.

A stones throw in the opposite direction is Torrevieja International Bus Station where Madrid and Valencia are a coach ride away for the more adventurous traveller, as well as local busses to surrounding towns and authentic markets

More than ten local beaches service Torrevieja and the surrounding area and for those who enjoy walking it takes more than four hours from one end to the other. The harbour and marina are also worth taking the time to explore as are the daily street markets. For the young at heart there’s also a resident fun fair and for the more sporty, 3 x 18 championship golf course within easy driving distance.

There are a number of local shops on the door step however the closest supermarket, a steady two minute walk, is large enough to cater for all your culinary requirements. whether that be pastries with your morning coffee or fresh fish for alfresco dining.

Whats even more ideal is everything you need is either a walk or short bus ride away. Even the airport is only a 50 minute direct bus away… so if you don’t want to drive… you don’t have to.
